スペイン広場から徒歩2分の好立地です。周りには高級ブランドのショップが立ち並んでいます。 部屋はシックなインテリアでまとまっています。 バスタブ付きの部屋でお願いしたのですが、ジェットバスまでついていたので驚きました。バスソルトも用意されていました。

全8室の大変小さなホテルでした。エレベーターも小さく、扉が手動でした。 今年中に近くにもう少し大きなホテルとして移動するとのことでした。

スペイン広場の近くで、地下鉄の駅も近くどこに行くのにも便利。スーパーマーケットもすぐ近くにある。部屋は大変広く、モダンできれい。スタッフもとても親切でボルゲーゼ美術館やバチカン美術館の予約も取ってくれた。小規模なホテルで２階のロビーに関係者以外入ってくる余地がないので、ロビーで置き引きにあうという心配も少ないのでは。

ホテルの間口が狭く見付けにくく何度も通り過ぎてしまった。荷物用のエレベータしかないので３階の客室まで階段を登らないといけない。

早朝チェックアウトのため，前日に清算を頼んだがしてもらえず，当日清算しようと出発のかなり前の早朝にフロントへ行ったら，ホテルのクレジットカード読取の端末にロックがかかっており，そこにいた従業員は外し方がわからず，１時間近く時間を取られた。街のキャッシュコーナーに走らされたり，ほかのホテルで払えるからとほかのホテルに走らされたり（結局無駄だった）。時間がないことを言っても，「大丈夫」しか言わず，結局飛行機に間に合わなかったうえに，ホテルで呼んでもらったタクシーはしっかり１時間の待ち料金が加算されていた。そのことについてホテル側に言うと，マネージャーらしき人に，「そんなこと知るか，早く出ていけ」といった態度を取られた。結局自分で莫大な手間と料金を費やして航空機チケットを取り直し，それに１日浪費し，散々な目にあった。せっかくの旅行が台無しになり，私たちにとっては最悪なホテルと言わざるを得ない。

I like the way that the staff deal with guests. I like the location and the quiteness of the atmosphere. Over all I enjoyd my stay

I found some difficulty of getting my luggages up to the rooms because of the size of the lift.

Location only good thing about it

This turned out to be a pleasant surprise ... an excellent hotel with very helpful staff who made our 2 day stay most enjoyable..... Excellent suggestions in regards to local dining ...... we highly recommend this hotel .....also using Booked.net is a new experience for me and turned out to most trustful and their ratings etc. were also quite truthful .....very pleased with hotel and booking service .....betty and cliff meta

I was here two times. The first was more pleasant when we booked the simple room. It has very good location and two women on reception always helped us very much. Nice breakfast for italy. And the hotel is on silent street.

The second time we was in big deluxe room and it was problems. The bed was sagging, you hear everything is doing on the kitchen, and you have a small balcony but hose of condition goes here and everything is in water. With a noise like in toilet and then switching on motor of pump and it's really noisy so you can not speak by phone! When we asked about this problem man on reception he said that it's normal and go out! So don't leave on first floor where reception and kitchen.

Great location (walking distance to every part of the city), great staff (helpful and always available), nice place (nice room, nice bathroom, clean, great breakfast)

Good size room, with a small terrace which was nice for breakfast. Buffet breakfast was nice, including fresh fruit which was a bonus.Staff were friendly and helpful.

I think it would have been helpful to know in advance that the hotel is in a pedestrian only zone. Decor is beginning to look a bit "tired" in places.

Location is perfect for short stay in Rome. It's in the heart of both culture and shopping, just 2 min to the metro station Spagna, shops are just around the corner. bars and restaurants are around. Stuff is very helping and accomodating and Junior Suire is gorgeos. Free Wi Fi.

The room was great!!! Very clean and spacious. Everyone that worked there was extremely nice and helpful. They made sure we had an excellent stay. Location was awesome. Walking distance to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps and numerous other sights. I will definately stay here again and will recommed it to everyone I know.

Fantastic location with excellent staff who could not do enough for you. You are within walking distance to all the main attractions of Rome and all the designer shops. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to all my friends.

Just to warn - very small lift so will only fit you luggage in it or 2 persons but the accommodation makes up for the inconvenience.

No sign for the hotel, dark entrance but they said it will be changed soon

The staff were as nice as I have experienced and the hotel was very new, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was fine and the location second to none - 2 minutes from the Spanish Steps and 25 minutes walk from the Vatican. We will be returning.

It is a little small but I think that is reflected in the price. The selection for breakfast isnt fantastic but I think again that is reflected in the price.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for wandering around during the day and evening.

The lifts. They were too small but worst of all, very noisy, especially at night.
